প্রথমে যে বিষয়গুলো বুঝবেন
ESITI direct route doctoral-only; bachelor's holder-এর Master’s admission নয় এবং enrollment-এর আগে qualifying master's completion লাগে।
Overseas residence rule MEXT applicant-এর পাশাপাশি private direct ESITI applicant-এর ক্ষেত্রেও প্রযোজ্য। Japan resident separate regular Graduate School process ব্যবহার করবে।
MEXT 2027: maximum 8 doctoral nominees, application deadline 30 November 2026, intended enrollment 1 October 2027। University nomination final MEXT selection নয়।
Privately funded direct route: April 2027 deadline 31 October 2026; October 2027 deadline 15 April 2027। Both direct routes overseas-based applicants-এর জন্য।

Master's degree complete/expected এবং doctoral-level prior research, methods ও output explain করতে পারবেন।
Direct application-এর সময় overseas reside করবেন; current Japan resident নন।
MEXT target হলে 2 April 1992 বা পরে জন্ম এবং all nationality/visa/arrival conditions পূরণ করেন।
Valid B2/IELTS 5.5/TOEFL 72 অথবা qualifying English-taught master's evidence আছে।
ESITI faculty-এর সঙ্গে novel, feasible doctoral topic align করে prior agreement নিতে পারবেন।
Private route হলে three-year tuition/living cost বা only confirmed aid দিয়ে credible budget আছে।

Current Japan resident + Master's seeker হলে direct ESITI stop করুন; regular Saitama Graduate School Master's route আলাদাভাবে audit করুন।
Overseas doctoral applicant হলে MEXT Nov 30, private-Apr Oct 31 অথবা private-Oct Apr 15—একটি route বেছে exact checklist নিন।
Master's thesis থেকে novelty, gap, method, available data/equipment, three-year milestones ও societal contributionসহ doctoral concept বানান।
Faculty agreement নেওয়ার আগে residence, master's completion, age, English validity ও funding eligibility hard-gate sheet complete করুন।
Submit করার আগে documents প্রস্তুত রাখুন
Submit করার পরে
1Credential/document screening, shortlist, online interview/math, university nomination এবং MEXT final result আলাদা status হিসেবে track করুন।
2Residence, degree-completion, health বা visa condition বদলালে immediately ESITI office/professor-কে জানান।
3Nomination পেলেও final scholarship letter ছাড়া job resignation, airfare বা relocation commitment করবেন না।
4Private offer হলে fee-relief decision ছাড়া full invoice ও enrollment deadline ধরে সিদ্ধান্ত নিন।

Doctoral-only, residence ও route hard gate চালান
Direct ESITI-র core exclusions research quality দিয়ে waive হয় না। Master's seeker/current Japan resident হলে regular route-এ ফিরে যান।
- Master's degree completed/expected এবং enrollment-এর আগে official completion proof সম্ভব কি না check করুন।
- Direct application period-এ overseas physical residence প্রমাণ করতে পারবেন কি না verify করুন; Japan resident হলে direct MEXT/private দুটোই বাদ দিন।
- MEXT হলে born on/after 2 April 1992, eligible nationality, health, arrival/visa এবং scholarship-conflict rules line-by-line পড়ুন।

Doctoral proposal ও mandatory professor agreement নিন
ESITI direct flow professor agreement আগে চায়। Master's thesis repeat নয়—novel doctoral contribution এবং three-year feasibility দরকার।
- ESITI courses/current faculty থেকে এক primary professor বেছে recent publications এবং available lab/data/equipment review করুন।
- Master's question, method, dataset, result, limitation ও আপনার exact contribution one-page summary করুন।
- Doctoral concept-এ literature gap, novelty, hypotheses, method, evaluation, ethics/risks, milestones এবং societal/technical impact দিন।

Language, credentials ও staged selection file complete করুন
Application শুধু proposal নয়। Academic credentials, recommendations, topic essays, language evidence ও interview/mathematics readiness একসঙ্গে assess হয়।
- Within-two-years CEFR B2/IELTS 5.5/TOEFL 72 evidence দিন; ambiguous four-skills interpretation office-কে লিখে confirm করুন।
- Waiver হলে master's program English-taught ছিল—এমন official evidence দিন; bachelor-only MOI automatic substitute নয়।
- Bachelor/master degree, transcripts, recommendations, topic essays, passport/health ও route-specific MEXT/private forms exact checklist-এ map করুন।

MEXT benefit বনাম private cost decision নিন
Eight university nominees scholarship winners নয়। Private fee reliefও automatic নয়; each route-এর fallback আলাদা।
- MEXT budget-এ ¥148,000/month reference, fees ও eligible airfare রাখুন; final MEXT letter না পাওয়া পর্যন্ত relocation commit করবেন না।
- Private route-এ ¥30,000 exam + ¥282,000 admission + ¥642,960/year tuition এবং living/insurance/travel যোগ করুন।
- Admission-fee exemption, tuition waiver/postponement ও JASSO/private awards-এর application/selection timing আলাদা tracker-এ রাখুন।
